Our Team

Ryan Silvester joined Bourne Partners in 2024 as a Vice President and leads project execution on a variety of M&A transactions and financings across the pharma technology, tech-enabled pharma services, and life sciences software sub-sectors, as well as the broader healthcare technology and digital health space.

Most recently, Ryan was an Investor at Ballast Point Ventures, a growth equity firm focused on investing in software, healthcare, and tech-enabled services businesses. In this role, Ryan spent his time originating and evaluating investment opportunities, assisting portfolio company management teams with strategy and growth initiatives, and managing communications with Limited Partners. Prior to that, Ryan was an Investment Banking Associate at Crosstree Capital Partners, where he focused on providing sell-side and buy-side M&A and capital raising advisory services to private and public companies within the pharma services, digital health, and life sciences tools and diagnostics sectors. Ryan began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the M&A group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, now known as Truist Securities.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Florida.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, family, friends, and two golden retrievers. Some of his hobbies include coaching lacrosse, playing golf, boating, spearfishing, and exploring the outdoors.
