With his extensive industry experience and expertise, Mr. Olson will play a key role in expanding Bourne’s coverage of the broader healthcare market. Within healthcare services, Aaron will focus on subsectors including behavioral health, pharmacy services, infusion, healthcare distribution, and payor and provider services.

Most recently, Aaron was a Director at MTS Health Partners (“MTS”), a boutique M&A advisory firm focused exclusively on the healthcare sector. There, he advised financial sponsors and public and private healthcare services companies on a range of assignments, including buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and capital raising. Prior to joining MTS, Mr. Olson worked in corporate development at Centene Corporation.
