For Bourne Partners Securities, LLC customers, we recognize that your relationship with your Financial Advisor is important. If your Financial Advisor’s affiliation with Bourne Partners Securities, LLC ends, and he or she joins a non-affiliated firm, we may permit your Financial Advisor to retain certain of your contact information, limited to your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and account title. If you prefer that we do not permit this sharing of information, you may "opt out" by calling +1 (704) 552-8407.

We may also disclose personal information in the following instances: to comply with federal, state or local laws, rules and other applicable legal requirements; to comply with a properly authorized civil, criminal, or regulatory investigation, or subpoena or summons by federal, state or local authorities; or to respond to judicial process or government or self-regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over you or us for examination, compliance, or other purposes as authorized by law.

This information may include, but is not necessarily limited to, information about your assets and income collected from applications and information from your credit report.

Your choice to limit marketing offers from Bourne Partners will apply until you tell us to change your choice. If you have already made a choice to limit marketing offers from Bourne Partners, you do not need to act again.
